- Celloglaze finish (matte or gloss) for your cover — for added durability and a premium feel
- Optional Spot UV – Want to highlight your logo or title? Spot UV varnish adds a high-shine finish to specific design elements — for maximum wow factor.

A Simple Timeline That Works
Planning your yearbook doesn’t have to be stressful. Here’s a basic workflow that keeps things on track — and keeps your sanity intact:
- Design Brief – Choose a layout style or request help with design
- Timeline & Delivery Date – Book your production slot early (now is great!) to avoid the Term 4 rush. We’ll help set deadlines for content, proofing and print.
- Content Collection – Assign roles, gather stories and photos and store everything in clearly labelled folders. (Tip: Use Google Drive or OneDrive with Word docs + JPEGs.)
- Proofing & Revisions – Once your content is in, create a first draft. You’ll review, request changes, and sign off before we go to print.
- Printing & Delivery – Allow about 2 weeks from final proof to delivery — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
