Artwork can also be uploaded via the internet using the Browser or an FTP programme.
If your file is more than 10Mb in size, please use our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) facility.

SAVE YOUR FILE AS A PRESS READY PDF
The optimum way to submit your file is in High Resolution CMYK PDF - 2400dpi. Please check that there are no RGB colours within the file. Saving your file this way ensures that all fonts and images are embedded and nothing can change from the time you submitted your file.

NATIVE FILE FORMATS:

Check that you include all the FONTS you used in the job, including any used in EPS files.

Check you include all the FILES in the job, including linked EPS and TIFF files.

In Quark XPress don't place TIFF's in a frame with the background set to none, you'll get jagged edges. If you want it deep etched, do it in Photoshop and save it as an EPS. Alternatively if there is no colour behind the image, simply fill the graphics box with white.

If your job contains Duotones, Tritones, or Quadtones make sure you change the screen angles for the colours in the application you're outputting it from or let us know there are Duotones in the job.
