Sydney business card printing could be set to go into overdrive after the harbour city won a lucrative bid to host the Robotic Science and Systems (RSS) Conference over five days in June 2012.

About 400 delegates are expected to attend the event, which will bring together the industry's leading experts.

Business Events Sydney (BESydney) collaborated with a local bid leader to secure the conference and an estimated $1.7 million that could be generated for the New South Wales economy.

The exchange of ideas, intense discussion and international collaboration - not to mention the sheer volume of like-minded people that will descend on the one location - represents the exact type of situation where it can be absolutely vital to be armed with effective public relations tools for your enterprise.
