"I passed it around to all the other mayors at the US Conference of Mayors," he told the publication.

"I said 'Hi, I'm mayor Ed Lee from the World Series Champions city of San Francisco. What mayor are you?' They looked at me and said, 'You've got to be kidding'."

They have also been getting snapped up by people who have come to view them as collector's items.
