One amateur detective is using business cards in his quest to solve a robbery case, according to Seacoast Online.
Joe Anzalone decided to take action when Bellman Jewellers, a jewellery store owned by his girlfriend, was robbed and an estimated $1 million in merchandise was taken.
He has been canvassing passersby in front of the shop, asking them if they noticed anything suspicious on the night of the robbery and handing out business cards with his contact details in case they have information to give.
Police have described the robbery as one of the most serious property crimes committed in the Portsmouth area in nearly ten years.
Local individuals who may have information about the crime have been urged to contact the local police - or look for Anzalone, who is still speaking to passersby regularly.
Business cards need to feature relevant contact details so that you can be easily reached.
In addition to a telephone number and email address, you may also wish to include details such as a personal mobile number, desk extension or fax number and ensure your printing service has this information.
A URL for a personal website or social networking profile may also be useful - although an alternative is a QR code that can be scanned by your contact to provide detailed information.
